  2. Input Length of Rectangle as L
  3. Input Breadth of Rectangle as B
  4. Calculate Area= L * B
  5. Calculate Circumference Perimeter = 2 * ( L+ B)
  6. Check if (Area> Perimeter) then continue else GOTO step 9
  7. Print Area of rectangle is greater than Perimeter.
  8. GOTO step 10
  9. Print Perimeter of rectangle is greater than Area.
  10. END / STOP
